Officially, Lotus Technology Inc. and L Catterton combine, with the resulting company doing business as “Lotus Technology Inc.” Lotus Technology’s American Depositary Shares (ADS) will go public as “LOT” on the Nasdaq on February 23, 2024. The transaction was approved by LCAA shareholders on February 2, 2024.
